Alzheimer's Disease **** NEW STUDY*****
This study investigates Bapineuzumab a monoclonal antibody that targets the pathologic protein that accumulates in brains of individuals with Alzheimer's Disease AB42, and clears it from the body.
- male or female 50 to 88 years of age
- currently having memory problems.
- on a stable dose of cholinesterase inhibitor and/or memantine or no treatment
- have a reliable caregiver
Children and Adolescents with Depression
To evaluate the safety, efficacy and tolerability in children and adolescents with major depressive disorder
- male or female 7-18 years of age
- meets criteria for MDD with symptoms for at least 1 month
- able to swallow medication
Depression
To evaluate the safety, efficacy and tolerability in patients with major depressive disorder
- male or female 18-65 years of age
- current diagnosis of depression
- did not respond to treatment for this current episode of depression
